Welcome to the bdt8 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and bdt8. By using this platform, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

  • "Account" refers to a user's registered profile.
  • "Balance" refers to the monetary amount stored in a user's account.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services on bdt8:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. We may request the necessary documents to verify your age.
  • Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • The service must be legally usable in the area where you reside.
  • You must play on your own behalf and with your own money — not on behalf of anyone else.

Warning: Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

3 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Please follow the points below:

  • Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
  • Never share your login details with anyone else.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bdt8 support team immediately.
  • Always log in from a secure and personal device.
  • Do not use the "Remember Me" feature on public or shared computers.

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account, unless you have notified us in writing about unauthorized access.

Financial Transactions & Bonuses

4 Financial Transactions

Important information regarding financial transactions on bdt8:

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals are usually completed within 1 hour.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
  • All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
  • You may only use a payment method registered in your own name.

bdt8 keeps all financial transactions secure using SSL encryption and a safe payment gateway.

Before processing a withdrawal request, we may ask for additional documents to verify your identity. We follow international standards to prevent money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is detected, it may be placed on hold and we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Terms and conditions for bonuses and promotions offered on bdt8:

  • Welcome bonus: 100% of the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,000.
  • Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.
  • A bonus applies to one account only.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred.
  • bdt8 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
  • Bonuses may be forfeited if fraudulent activity is suspected.

The VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Earn weekly cashback of up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play.

Gaming Rules & Restrictions

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on bdt8:

  • Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface.
  • Any win or gain resulting from a software error will be considered void.
  • In the event of a disconnection, the game result will be determined automatically from the server.
  • In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
  • In sports betting, if any match is cancelled, the bet will also be cancelled and the funds will be returned.

bdt8 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. All game outcomes are completely impartial and automated.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

  • Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Attempting to exploit the bonus system to gain dishonest profit.
  • Using multiple accounts to gain extra benefits.
  • Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
  • Collecting or using the personal information of other users.
  • Using a third party's funds or account.
  • Misconduct, harassment, or attempting to defraud others.

Consequences: If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

Property, Liability & Account

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt8 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text materials, and other assets — is the intellectual property of bdt8 or its licensors. Please note the following:

  • No content may be republished or distributed without prior permission from bdt8.
  • Limited access is permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Decompiling or reverse engineering the platform's software is prohibited.
  • Third-party game content is subject to its own respective licences.

9 Limitation of Liability

bdt8 bears no liability in the following situations:

  • If a game is disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • In the event of delays or transaction failures caused by a third-party payment provider.
  • For losses arising from the user's own negligence or mistakes.
  • In cases of unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
  • For issues related to the user's device or software.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bdt8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

  • If any part of these Terms is violated.
  • If evidence of a false identity or false information is found.
  • If use of an account by a minor is detected.
  • If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
  • If a security investigation is required.

Before permanent closure, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided, unless forfeiture applies due to fraud. Users may also request account closure themselves at any time.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please follow the process below:

  • First, contact our support team and describe the issue in detail.
  • We aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours.
  • In technical disputes relating to games, server logs will be considered final evidence.
  • If unresolved, an attempt will be made to settle the matter through a neutral mediator agreed upon by both parties.
  • The Bengali version shall prevail in the interpretation of these terms.
